Halo 5 Xbox Live promotion

Can anyone help? I purchased Xbox Gold membership almost 2 months ago through a Halo 5 Guardians promotion that stayed that after purchasing membership I would receive a code for the Halo 5 requisition packs of $8 and some change in value. And so far I haven’t
received anything. I was told during one attempt talking with customer service that I should receive the promotion code within 7-10 days after purchase. When that didn’t happen I contacted customer support again and was informed that the code may take until
September 30th to process and be received, and unfortunately I still haven’t received anything. Does anyone know anything about this or having similar problems?

Halo req card promotion

Xbox live had a promotion for free halo 5 req cards for purchase of any amount of xbox live and i never go the code for the req pack.

Halo 5 reward

Hi all not sure where to post this,I bought halo 5 digital after seeing on Facebook the promotion in regards to 6,000 free reward points being added to my Xbox live account.After I bought halo 5 I still haven't received the free reward points,was there
something I missed?

Hey there, C4RN4GE 89! We're not aware of any promotion for Halo Reach. There was one last year for Halo ODST within Master Chief Collection and Halo Spartan Assault with Halo 5, but not Reach. Are you able to provide more information for the promotion so
that we can look into this further?

It sounds like you discovered a bug in the store and you were able to download Halo 5 without purchase. Now that I look at the date of this posting it could be you were playing the game when it was during the promotional week when Halo 5 was free to play
with Xbox live gold.

Consider it your free trial of Halo 5. It should be no surprise that once it was discovered that you haven't actually purchased the game you now have to pay to play.

Its a great game and well worth the price.
