Discus and support Halo 5 Warzone Req Pack Never Worked in XBoX Sales and Promo to solve the problem; Purchased an Xbox One Halo 5 Bundle which came with the Halo 5 Warzone Req pack in December of 2015.     Halo 5 Warzone Req Pack Never Worked


    Purchased an Xbox One Halo 5 Bundle which came with the Halo 5 Warzone Req pack in December of 2015. This pack has never downloaded to the account. Contacted MS support (case ID #1362552706) and was told to post to the forums for help.

    I realized that I was logged in to the incorrect gamer profile when I contacted MS support (should have been Macattackx3) so the case number is linked to the wrong gamer account ().

    The game and the Req Pack code are on the Macattackx3 gamertag profile.

    Hoping to get help resolving the Req pack not downloading. The Xbox was purchased last Christmas and my son just now told me that he never received the Req Packs.

    Is there a workaround or some way to get these packs to work?

    Hoping for some help.

    Halo 5 Warzone Req Pack Never Worked

    We purchased the Xbox One Halo 5 Bundle. Along with this came the Halo 5 Warzone Req Pack. The Pack never worked even though we input the code.

    Hoping for some resolution to get the pack working. Spoke with MS support (Case #1362552706) and was told to post on the forums for some help.

    It has been almost a year since we purchased the Xbox One (son just told me he never received the packs, hence I am posting NOW).

    Help much appreciated. Hoping for a workaround or a new code or some type of resolution.

    Halo Waypoint Support     forums, as they will have access to that kind of information. Be sure to post from the account that is experiencing the issue so that they can determine if your son's account received the packs or not.

    Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

    at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.
