Halo 5 Vehicle REQ Pack - Missing REQs

Hi,

I purchased 3 of the promotional Vehicle REQ Packs within Halo 5 ($5.99 each), but was charged for 7 total. However, despite being charged for 7 purchases, I only received the 3 packs that I had originally purchased.

I called Xbox Support, and they directed me to post on here detailing my problem.

WARZONE REQ BUNDLE

The Warzone REQ Bundle provides players with 2 Premium REQ Packs a week for a total of 7 weeks. Premium REQ Packs provide players with the most number of REQs, with the best chance of acquiring Ultra-Rare, Legendary, and Mythic REQs. Players are guaranteed
at least three new permanent REQs in each Premium REQ Pack, if available.

The Warzone REQ Bundle is available in the following packages, on the Xbox Marketplace, or through token cards available at many retailers:

Halo 5 Premium Requisition packs Price?

IIRC the 14 REQ packs are not standard REQ packs. I think they're supposed to have a better chance of giving out high end cards, armour and such over the Gold ones, because they are calling them Premium REQ Packs.

I appreciate your response.

As I detailed in my original post, I did indeed contact Support via a phone call, and they directed me to post here. But now I am being told via a reply to my post that I need to make a call to Support?

Not to be rude, but that seems extremely circular.

Overall, I do agree that a forum probably isn't the best place to handle this; I am quite confused why I was told to post here when this seems to be more of a billing dispute.

Not rude at all, General. We totally understand being sent back is not ideal, but they are the primary folks who can assist with this.
