Halo 5 - Unable to join multiplayer

I am a Halo 5 player from Hong Kong. After the last few Halo 5 updates, I got the message "Attention. Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam."
all the time and I am not able to join any multiplayer matches. I have tried to log into the game at different time section so it should not be due to the lack of players. I have tried other games and there are no problem at all playing online. Is there
anything I can do to solve the issue ? Thanks !

What message does it give you when you try to join multiplayer in Halo 5?

I am unable to play multiplayer on Halo 4. Everytime I try to join it kicks me out. What can I do to fix this?

I don't believe it's due to a lack of players, but it's finding players and there is no dedicated server found that meets the network requirements for the fireteam, see below:

Attention. Could not find a server that was suitable for all members of your fireteam.

This error means that no dedicated servers could be found that meet the network requirements of your entire fireteam. This might occur if you play with geographically dispersed friends. If you encounter this error while playing with friends in the same region,
restart the game and try again.

You might want to make a thread over at the waypoint forums and see if others who have had the same issue have a fix for it:

Thank you for your advice. Actually I read that xbox support page before, but the problem is that the message appears even when I am just playing alone lol... Maybe I should post the issue on halowaypoint as well to check if there is any solution for that.

 

Have you checked your NAT settings HDNEWBIE 117? If your settings are not on open this could be restricting you from finding a game.

Go into your Network settings screen and see what NAT setting type you are on.

To reset this, go to your router/modem and hold the Reset button, not unplugging the router or power supply.

You will have to re insert all of the Wifi passkey if you are not hooked up with an Ethernet cable.

Once the internet has kicked back in and your all ready to go, check your NAT settings again. Fingers crossed you will be on open. Try search for a match on Halo and hopefully youll be killing Spartans, Covenant and Promethians in no time. Be sure to post

Logout restart the xbox and boot up the game fixes this problem for me everytime

 

I had this exact same issue a few days before the free trial started, I manually closed out the application and restarted the game. As soon as I did this Halo 5 worked fine.
