Halo 5 Teishin Raikou Armor Code and message deleted

Dear Community,

Microsoft deleted the message with the provided code for the teishin Raikou Armor and Bonus REQ Pack after 30 days. I haven't been able to reedem the code yet. Is it possible to send the message again or reissue the code?

I think the message was send to me on 18th or 19th of november. On xbox in the message tab there's a message from this date but it is not accessible anymore.

Accidentally deleted Halo 5 promotional code

Xbox live sent me a message with the Halo 5 promotional REQ pack which contained the Teishin Raikou armor set. I accidentally deleted this message. Is there any way i can retrieve the code, or maybe receive a new one?

i played halo 5 before nov. 7 and didn't get the Teishin Raikou armor

 

You don't get a code

You login into halo5 and download the packs (I downloaded them myself )

 

The packs are part of the cartographer gift update

 

Under the REQ packs there's no Teishin Armor. I'm sure I got an xbox live message with the code.

I'll probably have to put up with it, for me there is no teishin armor. :-(

when i recieved my code i was too busy with finals to play halo, now that its the break i dont get my armor?
