    Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!


    Hello,

    I am wondering if anyone had a similar problem and how to solve it. Here's what happened:

    1. I bought Halo 5 as a pre-order download on 22 October.
    2. I played the game as soon as it was released/launched (about 27 October)
    3. I saw an advertisement that people who play before 7 November, will get 2 Req automatically every week over 7 weeks (so 14 in total) + Armor pack
    4. None of the packs showed up on the Xbox automatically, and I received no redeem codes or anything similar in my officially linked email address
    Has anything like this happened to anyone else? How did you solve the problem? Can anyone help me solve mine?

    halo 5 15th anniversary req pack i didnt get it

    my issue is a req pack 343 industries gave halo 5 player the 15th anniversary req pack on the 12th of november i was playing halo 5 that day and i didnt get the req pack and im very upset about this

    Hey there BashfulGamer.

    Can you clarify which exclusive armor you're referring to? If you're asking about the armor unlocked through playing Halo: MCC it should show up as a REQ pack in Halo 5. It might take a bit after you start playing but keep an eye out Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up! :)

    Also, be sure to check out
    Halo Waypoint     to customize your spartan as well!

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

    Halo: The Master Chief Collection ( little ) problem

    Several people have had issues unlocking the Nightfall armor.

    Check under Customization in Halo 5, some people have said it goes directly to their collections.

    The armor also shows up in Gold REQ packs, so you can unlock it that way as well.

    Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?

    You don't seem to understand my question. I bought Halo 5 from Gamestop and got a code for buying the game for the promotional REQ pack. Now earlier on I bought the Halo 5 collector's edition controller which does have an add-on for it. It was called the
    Advanced REQ promotion. I was wondering if it was the same thing or is it different?
