    Halo 5 Promotional REQ pack installed, but not showing up in game

    I preordered halo 5 deluxe edition (disk) and received a code giving me warzone req pack, promotional req pack, and the fall of reach animated series. all items downloaded but the promotional pack and warzone req pack (warzone not sure about) did not show
    up in game. My friend was able to access the pack and I reallized that i was supposed to receive items inside these pack. thank you for any aid

    While i have this addon for halo 5 installed on my xbox, I did not reiceve the REQ Pack in game. Please help?

    We definitely recommend checking the 'Open packs' part of the Halo 5 game menu, as those packs will show up weekly. In some cases, those packs will not show up immediately after redeeming.

    If those packs still have not shown up inside the 'Open packs' screen, we recommend reaching out to our phone support team for further assistance.

    Problem regarding redeemable code

    Hey Dragon -

    First, navigate to the Halo 5 tile and hit the menu button and select manage game. Check the 'Ready to Install' list and if anything is there, install it. Next, load up Halo 5, and get past the main menu and splash screens, you should see an option to press
    'Y' to open REQ packs. In that menu, you should see some REQ packs you can open including some promotional ones. Your FOTUS armor should be in one of those promotional packs. If I remember correctly, I think it was "Advanced Promotional Pack" - or something
    similar.

    Give that a go and let me know if that works for you. :)

    Question about add-ons that come with the collector edition controllers

    You don't seem to understand my question. I bought Halo 5 from Gamestop and got a code for buying the game for the promotional REQ pack. Now earlier on I bought the Halo 5 collector's edition controller which does have an add-on for it. It was called the
    Advanced REQ promotion. I was wondering if it was the same thing or is it different?

    Halo REQ Support page     for help locating REQ packs. If this is in regards to the Warzone REQ Bundle, which is included with the Deluxe Edition, you will want to check the 'Ready to install' portion of Halo 5's 'Manage game' screen to install the REQ bundle.
