Halo 5 MixPot Classic Helmets Req Pack not showing up in my packs on Halo 5

Please know that customers who viewed the E3 event live through their Mixer account are the only ones eligible to receive the
MixPot rewards. With that said, after further research, we have confirmed that there is no Mixer account associated to the Gamer Tag: Noneck0875 Thus, the reason you are unable to access the "Halo 5 Classic Helmet REQ Pack".

First, congratz on being one of the lucky ones to get the pre-order for Outer Wilds. Not everyone who watched and qualified for the MixPot will get this! Those who watched Microsoft's E3 conference on Mixer are in with a "chance" of getting a pre-order for
the game for free. The reason the date is showing as it is, well....that is because the release date still has not been officially set in stone. Once it is, that date will change and update on the Store.

Did our MixPot state that you also received the Halo 5 Classic Helmets REQ Pack? At times the items are sent separate as well as automatically applied to the account. Do you have the game installed? If so I would check the REQ packs there to see if you show
access to that pack, chances are....it will be there. Also if you have Halo 5 installed be sure to check manage game and see if the pack appears there as well

So I have a weird issue too...I got the notifications for my classic helmet pack and my gears 4 skin, and I can see that they are installed, but the content itself is missing from the game. After quitting and restarting both titles multiple times, the content
still doesn't appear. I really want those helmets... 😢

Halo 5 REQ pack content is opened from the REQ menu inside of Halo 5 Guardians. Were you able to locate your REQ packs in-game?
