    I always find amazon to know what there doing, they know the law and they made a living from customer service, the only reason they would offer the return is if they didn't know of the fault.

    If you know your rights you'll know your contract is with Amazon and they are the ones who should be sorting it out.

    I agree with EnenDaveyBoy. Retailers always try their hardest to get out of it. Normally it is only the most stubborn customers that get what they are entitled to and they know that. It wasn't until my brother found the email address of the CEO of Currys
    that they agreed to replace a tumble drier that almost burnt down his house after 5 months. Amazon isn't above the law.

    Of course if you don't get anywhere follow it up with Microsoft.

    My Day 1 controller served me well up until recently when I decided to get the Halo 5 Master Chief controller. No issues to report.

    Please understand that it isn't my intent to be mean / rude to you, but Halo 5 Guardians is already focused on the Master Chief.

    So basically, you want something like this to happend...

    (1) Halo 5: Guardians --> 2015 (Master Chief is the main character)

    (2) Halo: Rise Of The Master Chief --> 2016 (Master Chief is the main character)

    (3) Halo 6 --> 2018 (Master Chief is the main character)

    (4) Non-Master Chief Halo Spin-Off game --> 2019

    I will completely abandon the Halo franchise if this actually happends because while I agree that the Master Chief is Halo, not every single Halo game needs him to be the center of attention.

    Please don't get mad / angry at me for saying this...
