Halo 5: Guardians won't start

Discus and support Halo 5: Guardians won't start in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have downloaded the disk onto an xbox, which works fine.     Halo 5: Guardians won't start


    I have downloaded the disk onto an xbox, which works fine. Then I tried again with another xbox, which it downloaded but for some reason it won't start. It says: 'Try restarting the game or app' And when I do, it just happens again. If anyone can help,
    it would be much appreciated. Halo 5: Guardians won't start :)

    The support page on this matter only states the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians, but since you do have to contact official support for it you can always ask them if the code from the console is valid for this exchange as well. Just be aware
    that you will only get the disc, you won't get it in a case because the case itself is supplied in the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians.

    Halo 5: Guardians won't start

    On the console that is not working try a hard reset. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
    the console. Once it is back up and operational test for results.

    If that doesn't work you may try uninstalling and reinstalling the game. Let us know. Good Luck!

    What game completion or individual achievement are you most proud of?

    Gonna have to say completing Halo: Reach, and Halo 5: Guardians on Legendary difficulty by my self.

    I have started a Legendary play through of Halo 4 as well, I just need to finish it.

    I am also currently grinding my way up to SR 152 in Halo 5: Guardians, that will be something that I am proud of when I get there.
