Halo 5: Guardians – Spartan Recruit REQ Pack purchased but not downloading to XBox One ...

So I purchased the Halo 5: Guardians – Spartan Recruit REQ Pack and never received it. I tried two more times thinking that the request did not go through. So I have look on my acount billing and was charged 3 times, but 24 hours later have yet to receive ANY
of the content. HELP please.

Halo 5 guardians console code for Resolute Visor

Hey there. I preordered/purchased the Halo 5 guardians console bundle from Gamestop. It came with the code that gave me the game, the warzone REQ bundle, the fall of reach movie, the FOTUS armor, and everything else listed except for the Resolute Visor.
On the webpage
http://www.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/consoles/halo-5-guardians under the section custom wireless controller it says "The Limited Edition Halo 5: Guardians controller featuring a unique laser-etched design, metallic blue accents, military insignias, and a
bonus REQ Pack including the Resolute visor." I never got said REQ pack. I asked a salesperson at gamestop where i made the purchase and they said i should contact microsoft on this issue. I did a live chat and was directed to post here. I'm hoping someone
here can assist me with this issue and get me a code to redeem on Xbox Live to get this missing REQ. Thanks!

Q: What can players expect with Halo 5: Guardians' campaign?


A: A lot has gone down since the events of Halo 4, and the Master Chief may be in a little bit of trouble. Spartan Locke, one of the highest ranked Spartans in the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), is leading Fireteam Osiris to search for the Master
Chief to bring him in. While Spartan Locke is on the hunt, Master Chief is leading his own squad, known as 'Blue Team', to carry out Master Chief's mission to stop the biggest threat in the galaxy.

Q: How many multiplayer maps will be available at launch in Halo 5: Guardians?

A: At launch, there will be 21 multiplayer maps, with an additional 18+ that will be released post launch!



Q: What is the Warzone multiplayer mode?

A: Warzone is the exciting new addition to the Halo universe. Warzone is a 24-player multiplayer mode where you'll be battling other players in addition to AI controlled Covenant and Prometheans in the most massive multiplayer experience in the Halo
franchise. Earning REQ gives you the ability to bring in power weapons, vehicles, and more to give you an edge in this massive multiplayer mode.

Q: What is the REQ System?

A: Requisitions (REQ) are unlockable items that come in the form of weapons and armors, skins, assassination animations, and more. Players will earn REQ points after completing each match in Arena or Warzone multiplayer modes, which can later be redeemed
for REQ Packs that contain a variety of different Requisitions.

Now my digital copy of Hal0 5 is not loading, I'm getting dumoed bck to the desktop/home screen. Error code 0x8027025a. "Hlo 5 for ome reason took too long to start"

 

So it appears there may an issue with purchasing content via the XBox one console and the recent preview dashboard update. Tech support refunded the purchases to my account after I ws able to prove to them that a 4th purchase from my console did not download
(as they could access my account and also see the purchase). I then was asked to purchase the content via Marketplace (xbox.com) and this appears to to work. So I suspect that there is a bug with the recent preview dash and making purchases via your console.
