    .. They announced that Halo 2 Anniversary would ship with The Master Chief Collection on November 11th 2014, I never saw any announcement for it being sold seperately, but I think it's very likely.

    I'm beyond stoked for this!! Best announcement so far for me.

    I'll finally get to play Halo 2 since its the only one I havent played yet, and I have a good reason to get back into Halo 3's multiplier again. So many good memories there!

    I wonder how much this thing is gonna cost Halo 5: Guardians, Halo 2 Anniversary, and The Master Chief Collection :eek:

    All the games in the collection are shipping with their original multiplayer it's not just Halo 2. There's 93 multiplayer maps in total.

    ^Yeah, but I can still play all the other MP modes if I want so I'm not as excited for that. Also Halo 2 has long been held on this pedestal as the best Halo MP ever, so I finally will get to see this for myself as it's the only Halo multiplayer I didn't

    People seem to have slightly overlooked that it was said that each game's multiplayer will run using its original engine... This may mean that 343i reconstructed Halo: Combat Evolved's multiplayer for compatibility with Xbox Live.
