    The support page on this matter only states the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians, but since you do have to contact official support for it you can always ask them if the code from the console is valid for this exchange as well. Just be aware
    that you will only get the disc, you won't get it in a case because the case itself is supplied in the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians.

    Fyi the reason they are doing this is because you got a prepaid to predownload it with the collectors edition rather then a disk

    The limited edition is a disk copy vs the collectors was a code with physical items like the guardian etc

    "Master Chief Collection collectors edition" - kind of redundant there, aren't we? :p

    I already have a console, so there's no need for me to get a MCC collector's edition console. ;)

    Besides, odds are there won't be a collector's edition console that will release with the MCC. If there was, it probably would already have been announced. Now, a collector's edition console for Halo 5: Guardians on the other hand - that may still happen.
