    i pre-ordered the limited collectors edition of the game. The code I received for the promotional REQ and war zone packs does not work. I worked for 2 hrs with a nice gentleman named Fred over chat support. He said I need to request a new code, my
    reference number is [Mod Removed].

    Windows 10, support and release date

    Will windows 10 support Halo MCC and Halo 5 guardians, I saw Halo 5 guardians in the Windows 10 video so I'm assuming that is supported. Will it support Madden, WWE, GTAV, CoD AW or Ghosts?

    And when is the release date?

    Hey there, Pit! Unfortunately, we are unable to replace any tokens with new tokens. When it comes to tokens you receive in a game for DLC, you will need to reach out to the retailer you purchased it from.

    If the code redeemed successfully but it does not download at all, that is a completely different issue, and a new code would not fix that issue. Any issues with in game items would need to be posted over on the
    Halo Waypoint forums. Thanks for understanding!

    Fyi the reason they are doing this is because you got a prepaid to predownload it with the collectors edition rather then a disk

    The limited edition is a disk copy vs the collectors was a code with physical items like the guardian etc

    The support page on this matter only states the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians, but since you do have to contact official support for it you can always ask them if the code from the console is valid for this exchange as well. Just be aware
    that you will only get the disc, you won't get it in a case because the case itself is supplied in the Limited Collector’s Edition of Halo 5: Guardians.
