    A year ago, there was a promotion where those who watched the final of the Halo Championship Series would receive the pack of voices of war. I waited a year and I did not receive any code and I would like to know what I can do to get it.

    Hi Antonio,

    Thank you for coming to the Xbox forums. Unfortunately, this MixPot was over a year ago and there is nothing Microsoft, Mixer, or Bungie could do at this point in regards to not receiving this code. I will quote directly from the

    MixPot FAQ     in reference to when you should've received the code, where, and what you needed to do in case you did not receive this code:

    "You’ll receive your MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.

    If you didn’t receive your MixPot within one week after watching the Xbox Live stream on Mixer, visit
    xbox.com/mixpothelp.

    Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may
    not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be
    notified after the stream is over with more details regarding your MixPot.

    Note Inquiries into missing content must be initiated within
    two weeks     of the live streaming event in order to be investigated."

    Apologies but we cannot assist you with this issue.
