    Halo 5 doesnt recognize Xbox Live Gold


    Hello there, and thanks for reading this

    Yesterday I activated my Xbox Live Gold code that gives me 14 days of Gold for free. Then I wanted to play Halo 5 Multiplayer, but it said that i still need a Gold account. Today i tried it again but it still doesnt work. What can i do?

    no gold on xbox live rewards

    I have been a gold member for a few days and xbox live rewards still doesnt recognize me as a gold member.Is there a way to update it so that it will recognize my gold membership?

    Hi, I recently went on the xbox one store and I am trying to download the free halo 5 trial but it only says "Buy $30.00" it doesnt say download free trial or anything. I have xbox live gold to.

    Trials do not give you a full gold membership,they only give you access to some xbox live gold features.

    Some games will not let you play online with a trial,you would need a full gold subscription.

    Trials do not give you a full gold membership,they only give you access to some xbox live gold features.

    Some games will not let you play online with a trial,you would need a full gold subscription.

    Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

    —My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

    Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.

    Its not a silver account.... and the xbox recognizes it as gold too

    Bcus i can acces all the gold features as well

    And it gives me all the gold discounts if i manualy search for the games

    Just the gold tab is missing

    And my gold doesnt expire till next month
