Halo 5 digital deluxe pre order issue

Okay so i have been contacting microsoft like 9 times about this issue and they tried to give me all sorts of solutions to my issue but none have worked.

>my issue> I pre ordered Halo 5: Guardians - Digital Deluxe Edition, which includes Halo: The Fall of Reach - Animated Series, Halo 5: Guardians - Warzone REQ Bundle and Halo 5: Guardians - Digital Pre-order Bonus.

Well, i havent got any of the extra stuff that comes with the digital deluxe edition.

When im in the game and press start -> requisitions -> Open packs, it says "you have no unopened packs.". But when i go to "store" i can see the

"Halo 5: Guardians - WARZONE REQ BUNDLE, when i press it it tells me "You already own Halo 5: Guardians - Warzone REQ Bundle, you can find it in your games and apps collection. (i press close) and then it says "PURCHASED, Success! Taking you to open packs now.
(i press continue) and i come back to "open packs" where it tells me that i have no packs to open. I havent got any Warzone REQ packs since release.. Also, i can only watch the 1st act in Halo: The Fall of Reach, when i go to act 2 it says "BUY HALO 5".

Who is preordering Halo 5?

I have now pre-order the digital deluxe edition.

Now the MCC has been fixed and the Halo 4 playlist is on it I'm now enjoying Halo again.

That and the footage I've seen of Warzone persuaded me to cancel my digital pre-order of Black ops 3 and order Halo 5 instead

 

Anyone else having a hard time pre-loading their download code for their Guardians Limited Collectors edition?

I didn't get an error as you describe. However I noticed the same thing with the game. Code confirmed digital deluxe edition. However in the store I see the same thing. The only reason I even noticed is because the "Halo 5: Guardians - Digital Pre-Order
Bonus" was not installed with the game, the fall of reach, and the REQ pack.

I see the same thing as you the 59.99 standard version is listed like it was purchased, the digital deluxe is still showing up as a purchasable product. And the aforementioned pre-order bonus is listed as bundle only. So I can't just manually download it.
Not sure what's up at the moment.

Sorry to hear about the issue! Just to clarify, did you purchase Halo 5 digitally with your sG alkis account? Is it possible that you may have purchased Halo 5 with a different account? Thanks!

 

i am 90% sure i downloaded it on this account.

 

To check account purchases you can sign-in over on
commerce.microsoft.com and check all your recent purchases there. If you're not seeing the purchase there I would try signing in with another account the purchase may have been made on Let us know how it goes.
