    After purchasing the Halo 5 Digital Deluxe version of the game and waiting over 8 hours for it to install I am now greeted with the following error message:-



    Try again later

    Sorry, we are unable to launch this at the moment. Thank you for your patience (0x87de2726)

    Please tell me I do not have to delete and then download/install the game again as this would be a unacceptable considering that I have already wasted a days holiday from work .

    This is the first time I have purchase a digital version of a game and has been a really poor experience so far and will probably be last and I will be sticking with disc's going forward.

    Anyone else having a hard time pre-loading their download code for their Guardians Limited Collectors edition?

    I entered my code, twice, and it said, "You are downloading Halo 5 Digital Deluxe" and I clicked confirm, and both times, I got "error processing request, try again later." I entered it once more and it said, "This code has already been used."

    I checked my Apps & Games section and sure enough, Halo 5 was on the "Ready To Install," list. I started pre-loading it, but realized it was only for the regular edition and not the Digital Deluxe that the code was confirming I would be downloading and which
    comes with the Collectors Edition. So, when I look at the entry in the store, it shows that I no longer have to buy the 59.99(regular version), but I still have to buy the 89.99(digital deluxe) version.

    Hey there Darth, The first thing I would recommend is doing a hard reset from settings and then when it boots back up try to load the game again.

    To get to the reset (on the non preview dash) go into Settings > Power & startup > Restart now

    (on the preview dash) Settings > Power & startup > Turn off or restart > Restart now.

    Please let me know if that helps and we'll try to move on from there.

    I tried the hard reset but unfortunately that did not work. I just ended up reinstalling Halo 5 which fixed this error.
