    Halo 5 Deluxe Game Download Code Invalid


    Hello,

    I purchased my son an Xbox One Halo 5: Guardians Limited Edition Console Bundle, we didn't have the download quota at the time of the purchase so we got him a game disc however that is unable to be read as he has scratched it. He has tried redeeming the
    code however the code inside the box didn't work. I have gotten in contact with the retailer and Xbox Support chat and was directed to post here.

    Did not receive a Warthog code or it was deleted and I never saw it.

    As the title states: I have Halo 5 digitally downloaded and in my library on xbox one. I actually have the Halo 5 edition xbox one. I bought Forza Horizon 3 Deluxe as a digital download on launch day. Did not receive a code or it got deleted from email.
    Never got one on live messenger though.

    Hey there kjjPOL.

    The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

    Anyone else having a hard time pre-loading their download code for their Guardians Limited Collectors edition?

    I didn't get an error as you describe. However I noticed the same thing with the game. Code confirmed digital deluxe edition. However in the store I see the same thing. The only reason I even noticed is because the "Halo 5: Guardians - Digital Pre-Order
    Bonus" was not installed with the game, the fall of reach, and the REQ pack.

    I see the same thing as you the 59.99 standard version is listed like it was purchased, the digital deluxe is still showing up as a purchasable product. And the aforementioned pre-order bonus is listed as bundle only. So I can't just manually download it.
    Not sure what's up at the moment.
