HALO 5 and Witcher 2 Not working on New Xbox One

Ok I purchased Halo 5 and The Witcher 2 on my old xbox one which turns on, turns off from time to time, so I purchased a new Xbox One. I sign into my profile but I cant play Halo 5 or the Witcher 2. I have contacted customer support they cant find my license
but can see that I have played the game or am Playing. They advised there could have been another profile on console, but I know thats not the case. Was told to give this a shot and see if we can maybe find some solution to my issue. I can go back to my old
xbox one, delete, redownload, and play for free. Yet new Xbox One will tell me to repurchase the game.

I'd love a re-make of Halo 2 for the Xbox One.... while they're working on Halo 5.... why not? It'll deff hold my friends and I over

Base from what the support said. If both those games does not show under your licenses, then you might have indeed used a different account to get them or an account has been set as home xbox so the game is shared and installed on your old console. You can
verify if your account owns the game by checking your billing history. Also, by just searching the game online. You can verify when was the content bought. If it shows you the price instead "Already Purchased", then clearly your account did not own the game
on the first place. Having an achievement or Gamerscore for the game does not mean the account owns the game.
