    I am disappointed with the microsoft customer service team and the whole company its self. it was stated that each pre order purchase of halo 5 will come with a 14 day trial. this is not the case and i have been sent here after hours of being on a chat to
    see where my 14 day trial has went.

    I have two 14 day trial codes that was redeemed, then bought 1 month subscription and they were removed.

    I have two codes that came with my Xbox One S Halo Bundle. I go to open it and find out the Xbox One S came with a 14 day trial and the Halo 5 came with a 14 day trial. I then go on to redeem both of the codes. A day later I get a 1 month Xbox and my two
    14 day trials disappeared. I spoke with Xbox support and they told me that when I bought the 1 month the trails disappeared and they wanted to issue me a new one but they cant give out codes. They sent me here to see if I could get my two 14 day trial codes
    back. Please help!

    Xbox Live Gold Free Trial

    I recently purchased an Xbox One bundle and received a free 14 day Live Gold trial code with it. I also received another 14 day trial after purchasing a copy of Halo 5. I activated the first code through my Xbox, and when I did it said that the code was
    valid only for an Xbox 360 subscription. I then tried activating the second code and received the same message even though both codes accompanied my Xbox one purchases. Now I have used both of my trial codes and still can't access the multiplayer feature on
    Halo 5. Can anyone tell me why this is and how to fix it?

    Your currentnprofile shows as gold

    Fyi 14day trials dont compond with gold accounts

    Also 14day trials restrict you to social matches non ranked play is not permitted with trials

    When you start up the game it should be listed in the Community tab on the main page. However, as ngocphi stated, since you already have gold, you will not be able to use the trial at the moment.

    I have this problem and I don't have live. The main screen sends me to a link then the page says I need to purchase a digital copy which I did.

    For new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, if xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes could be used/sold as xbox game pass 14 days trial codes or xbox live gold 14 days trial codes?

    I understand that a xbox game pass 14 days trial code or a xbox live gold 14 days trial code can't be used/sold as xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial code for sure.

    Because a 'xbox games pass ultimate 14 days trial code' equals a 'xbox game pass 14 days trial code + xbox live gold 14 days trial code', so for new Microsoft/Xbox accounts, a 'xbox game pass ultimate 14 days trial codes' could be used/sold as 'xbox game
    pass 14 days trial code' or 'xbox gold live 14 days trial code' , right?

    Please help to clarify.
