Halo 4 Loadouts Not Available In Game 360 and One S

I am having a problem with my loadouts in Halo 4. Hopefully this is the right place to post this.

I signed on to a friends Xbox 360 today to play some split screen Halo 4. My profile was already on the console and synced with the cloud when we started the game. We loaded a local game and everything looked good. My armor was right and all my loadouts
were there. Once we started the game I was only given the option between the two default loadouts rather than my five custom ones. The in game menu will show all my loadouts but when I select "Choose Next Loadout" only the two default ones are available. The
other two people I was playing with both had all of their custom loadouts.

We restarted the game and the console but it did not resolve the issue. I went and got my 360 but it was the same there. All players except myself could access custom loadouts. I just loaded Halo 4 on my Xbox One S and it is happening there too.

I surmise there may be an issue with the cloud synced data on my account but I have no idea how to diagnose and fix it.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Good morning, this can be done by following these simple steps (https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us#0:2:4):

Sign in to Xbox.com

Step 1: Scroll down and select Support at the bottom left under Xbox.
Step 2: At the bottom of the page, click Contact Us.
Step 3: Select Games, then "View Other Options"
Step 4: Select your problem
Select - "Show contact options"
Select - Request Support Call

I am whatever the max rank is (50 I think.) I've had it maxed out for a few years now and play every few months with friends. I am guessing it is cloud related but am not sure how to fix it.

Hi!

What Spartan Rank are you? If you are playing on a guest profile or you haven't played much Halo 4 multiplayer on your current profile it is possible that your SR isn't high enough to have more than just the default loadouts unlocked.

It's also possible if you did play enough of the multiplayer to unlock the custom loadouts, your cloud data ran into an issue between consoles which lost your progress

I agree. The sound of "customizable loadouts" is way too much like COD. Please dont turn Halo 4 into another COD wannabe. I play and prefer Halo because it is NOT like COD.

As for comparing them. (Just my opinion)

Campaign-Halo 4 wins. It's a better story. BO2's story was alright but Halo 4's is just better. Plus the cut scenes for Halo 4 look a lot better than BO2's.

Multiplayer-I feel like they're pretty close. Virtually a tie. BO2's multiplayer brings the most changes to the COD series since COD4. Halo 4's is pretty much the same save for loadouts. (Not a bad thing at all) Both are good.

Zombies V Spartan Ops- Zombies just blows Spartan Ops out of the water. It's more fun, brings more replayability, etc.
