Halo 4 Cutscenes Have No Dialogue

My Halo 4 cutscenes have no audio/dialogue besides the background sound so I can't hear anything that the main character speaking about, I've tried switching from surround sound to standard sound but that didn't work but to no avail, I don't know what to do to fix it and it's becoming quite annoying having to restart the level I had just finished in order to hear some dialogue.

I am very sorry for the problem you are having with the Halo audio, with the intention of being able to help you I did an internal search on the Microsoft forum and found a publication by Gerardo C., an independent advisor, where he suggests the following steps to fix the problem and I thought it was good information, which you should take into account:

Please try the following procedure:

1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely (keep your finger on the button even if the light has gone out before the 10 seconds are up, until the ).

2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

4. Check if the problem persists.

Well then hopefully there will be a "self-romance" scene in ME3 for you, waffle. That should have some interesitng dialogue and an interesting cutscene..

That is a nice ad, why 343i removed grunt dialogue from Halo 4 is beyond me.
