    Had to come here be Microsoft support is about as effective as dropping a brick on my own foot and completing a rain dance to try and get my PC working.

    I bought the Microsoft Game Pass for my partner and I (primarily to play Halo) and we hopped on and completed the first game. Was a blast. Great. Cool.

    Then, we went to play Halo 2. Well, firstly an error pops up "you need this DLC" - well, okay. I thought we had it. Anyway, so I click "download" and nothing happens. Whack.

    Go back, retry Halo and the first game works fine still. Halo: Reach. Halo 3 (ODST). Halo 4. All of them work just fine. Halo 2 still isn't opening. Same error. So I try a SHITTONNE of different things. I uninstalled, reinstalled. I updated the windows store. I changed my PC admin to my Xbox account. I Uninstalled, reinstalled - again and again and again. I let it wait overnight to see if the other 7mb downloads. I tried it on the Xbox app. I tried it on the windows store....

    I got an error message, once.

    That just stated "we're having trouble downloading". Right.

    And to top it all off, one time after the uninstall/reinstall, Halo 3 and ODST suddenly didn't want to install either. I'm so close to cancelling BOTH our Game Passes.

    Just as Smwutches said there is connection here but whenever I try to download somtheing it says "Item not availible from your current location"...

    1.But If I bought the game on CD it would install normally?

    2.Will I be able to play normal?(No Matchmaking,just Splitscreen Firefight,Co-op...)?

    3.Also I bought Halo CE Anniversary and installed normally but since the MP is Halo Reach Anniversary will the MP profile be the same when I install Halo Reach and will Halo Reach install correctly(I don't know maybe it will say item already purschased...)?

    (This question may be Off-Topic but it would be great if this was anwsered too)

    4.And since I redeemed Halo Reach but I didn't download it,when I will try install it from Disc would it say (Item already purchased or somtheing...)?

    do you already have destiny 2 installed, if so then it is already part of the game as all dlc is added as updates, you just downloaded a 10MB unlock file.

    Halo matchmaking broken.

    Actually I just now got my first update for MCC, I belive others have had multiple updates but this is the first one I have gotten. Sadly its stuck on 47% it says all multiplayer games at 100% but Halo 2 anniversary is stuck at 13.0% and I cant even try
    to get into any multiplayer match.
