Change the browser you are using when using the MS store and try again

Have you tried other HDMI ports on the TV? If it works on another TV chances are it's not the Xbox and it's the television.

Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having display issues with your Xbox One X on just one TV. That does sound like its going to be the TV itself that would be the issue. If it is working as intended
on any TV except one you may want to try switching HDMI input ports on the TV. You can also reset your display settings by resetting your display settings. Here's how:

1. If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
2. On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.
   
3. Press and hold the Xbox button and the
   Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until the second beep occurs.
   Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to
   System > Settings in the guide, select
   Display & sounds, Video options, and then TV Resolution.
   

It is all good now. I have my tv mounted on the wall and my wireless HDMI next to my cable box and my Xbox. There are no wires showing and it looks great and works very good. Thanks again for the help.

Thank you for the help it is working great now. I went into the Xbox settings and changed it from 1080P to 1080i and it worked. The screen is very clear and I am able to see the full screen
