    This message has appeared on my xbox when I have turned it on multiple times and its starting to become annoying. Each time it has came up I have had to
    reset my xbox to its factory default which means I had to reinstall games again and that caused more issues with how my home xbox was set up. I need to know how I can prevent thks from happening that would be great.

    Hello,

    Everything on Xbox LIVE resets at around the same time and date that you first transferred your licenses. So for example, if you had license transferred 4 months ago around 1 PM then you'd be able to do another license transfer 4 months later around 1 PM. This
    would be the same if you had done it at 5 PM, etc etc.

    This is also the same for Xbox LIVE suspensions, and gold memberships ending.

    I haven't had this issue. I'm using a Western Digital 4 TB HDD as my main storage. I currently have 2.3 TB free

    How many saves do you have? I keep less than 5

    When was the last time you hard reset your XB1?

    Try steps on https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-one/console/system-updates-solution if wont works you might require repair.

    Orignal Xbox One is turning off when playing any game!

    I've been 7 years with Xbox, I know every single troubleshooting step. The last option I had, was resetting my Xbox to factory default but that didn't fix it so that's why I'm here. Also DO NOT tell me to send my Xbox to repair because I did that
    not too long ago and it cost me a lot of money. I will "never" make that decisions ever again, when I had my 360 I had problems with my disc tray, I had to clean my Xbox in the inside because of it overheating and all of that just took me like about 15 minutes
    max to fix it myself, I never had to pay! never had to buy a new Xbox, never had to waste my time taking it for repairs. My Xbox 360 lasted for more then 5 years. But with Xbox One I made the worst mistake I ever done with Xbox, I decided to let Microsoft
    fix my Xbox and maybe I will never have a problem again, BULL-SH*** it's been like about 4 or 5 months and here I am unable to play any game.
