    Had to reset console after last update, now I can't seem to get my custom...


    Did something change with the method of setting backgrounds that I missed somehow?

    When I go to change the wallpaper it takes me to what looks like the Windows user profile file structure, but on the local Xbox file system ("This Device"), with the typical folders, (3D Objects, Documents, Downloads, Favorites, etc.) but with nothing in them.

    I have wallpapers on OneDrive, but can't seem to set them as a wallpaper or copy them to the console file system.

    I've also tried Plex, and I have DLNA enabled.

    The last one I set, I thought "Set as Background" was an option when viewing it, but, that doesn't seem to be an option anymore.

    I've also tried from my laptop under Network where my Xbox shows up under "Other Devices", like my smart TV, WEMO switch, Chromecast device, and webcams. But all I get are the properties. I can't access the file system like the typical admin share "\DeviceName\C$" (not that I expected to).

    TLDR: How do I get a picture from my computer/Plex/OneDrive to my console as my background/wallpaper?

    Roblox searching is not working

    I had same issue. Only been since last update. Keep trying to find games for my daughter after watching kate and janet / cookie swirl c but can't do as just get "no experience found" tried doing EVERYTHING including a FULL reset of the xbox and uninstall/reinstall of roblox.

    ******Mine is working now though so seems like they have fixed it

    New Dashboard Update Bricked My Console- Preview Program

    Just an update... I wanted to mention that there was an update on my Xbox One after I went to bed last night. Between shifts at work, I tried to use my Xbox to show my sister what was happening, and it froze on the green screen. HOWEVER, I noticed on NeoGAF
    that there was an update that seemed to be aimed at fixing some of the problems I had. Lo and behold, after a hard reset, my console seems to be working OK now. But the jury's still out... I'm in the process of redownloading all of my games that were lost
    in the factory reset. I'll post back later with more results.

    W.o.t authentication. Failed

    Same here. After update I get authentication failed. Have tried every thing, even reinstalling with no luck. Customer support days the problem is on my end. The last resort is trying a new console, good luck with that as they seem to be hard to find these
    days.

    MICROSOFT? - DVD drive noises after march update - what's happening?

    My console was working perfect;y fine until i got the March update (I am part of the beta preview group as well). Ever since then it made the 15 second clunking noise when reading game discs a minute after inserting the disc.

    After only getting told by customer support that the update can't have caused it and it must be a hardware issue, I decided to get my console replaced by the retailer today. The brand new console makes the exact same noise straight away.

    The fact I've had it now with 2 brand new consoles and the fact a lot of people have begun reporting this issue online, but only in the last few weeks since the March update and never before, all points to it being caused by the update.

    Xbox One will turn on TV/Receiver but won't shut off TV/Receiver

    I had it set so that it powered on and off my Samsung UN65F8000 TV and after the last update it won't do either anymore. I've gone into settings and reset it, I've unplugged the Xbone and nothing seems to work. I wish I could get this working again.
