    So we had to reset xbox and now we can’t figure out what email and pass word was used to make the xbox account. I have his cod log in linked but it doesn’t give more then the gamer tag. If i unlink can he sigh. in on the new account and not lose all his stuff? or how do we find the email. we told it to keep all game data but it reset the whole thing

    Figured out how to change the gamer tag. Also, realized my son used my email addy for his account. Still need to change the billing address/Country.

    Forza 4 Gamer Tag banned message & cannot use game features.

    IF it was due to your gamer tag you'd have been forced to change your tag, I have had friends who have had to change their tags, you wouldn't get a temp ban of a gamer tag. so better go back and figure out what you did to warrant a ban, cuz it wasn't about
    your gamer tag....

    I had to reconnect to my network and now I have to renter my Microsoft password. I can’t figure out how to select “reset password” on my tv screen using the Xbox controller(can’t get out of the keyboard) . Any suggestions?
    Use PC or Smartphone for that.
