had to completely leave the beta ring

I had the same problem a year or two ago. Typically it's just that Microsoft broke the dashboard. Are you in any of the beta rings? If you are try leaving it. If not, It should work in a few days. Probably a server problem or something.

so how the program works is that by joining a higher up ring you get access to updates before the lower down rings and due to skip ahead being a new ring it is a limited number ring like all alpha but you will have to rejoin beta ring if you do leave alpha
skip ahead ring. you do not drop to your previous ring.

There are already very few quests in the beta ring.

When I compare the XP points I get to the world ranking leader that can reach 600 plus XP points in a month I see no future for myself anymore in the Insider Hub.

Quests in the beta ring are almost non-existent and the only advantage for Microsoft is to get my telemetry data through the insider ring legally.

I will look at the Insider Ring for a while and then decide whether I will stay or leave it.

Instead of leaving the Xbox Insider program as one Ambassador has suggested you can drop down to a lower ring which receives much fewer updates. For example if you are in Beta ring drop down to Delta or Omega. The Omega ring receives the fewest updates,
usually just before it is released to the general public. This can be managed using the Xbox Insider Hub on your console.

Those claw door puzzles are going to be hard to fix because they are rare glitches and the fix can be as simple as leaving and coming back to spinning the rings and leaving them where they need to be to open and using the claw then to being completely intractable.
