Had no rewards in months

Hi my GT is . I noticed after August that I have not received any rewards for the games I've been buying. I've bought over 20 games since then from the Xbox store and a load of dlc's. I've phoned up plenty of times to be told there is no number
or way to contact the reward department other than what I'm doing now. Could someone please get back to me and let me know what's going on.

No Reward Points Deposited For April

I have had no reward points deposited for April despite spending well over £100 in that month. What is going on?

Never recieved rewards for games purchased last month

hey there i purchased 4 games last month through the xbox store and have not received any kinds of rewards for them , ive had no problem in the past with getting my rewards but for last month nothing showed up after the purchases

We see multiple Credit events since August. It sounds like you are unfamiliar with our program. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. As stated in the FAQ, we
only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending
Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

As stated on the Rewards site, the program is shutting down at the end of the month and turning into the Microsoft Rewards program. You had until June 15 to use your gems in the vault. Since it is now past that deadline. Any remaining gems you had would
be converted to Microsoft Rewards points at the end of the month.

I have just had a look at my Rewards Pahe and 12 Month Gold is still available for me, this was via the Rewards Website

when the rewards scheme came out i never noticed you had to pay an additional 3.33 a month because about 7 months ago it showed i had already unlocked all of the achievment tiers
