had my console banned after i was put into danger after xbox did nothing about it

no individual users can console ban or ban anyone in anyway.

Having your hardware banned requires extraordinary evidence, which you should be able to find in your enforcement profile after 48 hours

They cannot be overturned

My mom bought the Xbox brand new right when Microsoft announced the Xbox 360 Slim.....i've had it for almost a year but its been banned the whole time and i cant figure out why? iv'e had my other xbox for 3 years and its never been banned for anything? my

You can remove the ban from the console? I did nothing wrong, played the game and all. And after the ban, did a reset to factory settings and now all can not play, because I can Not enter account.

I fell for a scam and i gave them my alternative account which i didnt use often and they used it to scam people and after about 3 days my xbox console had been banned
