Downloading a profile and then modding a game save or profile is not hacking it is modding, taking someone's profile/account by force is hacking, taking an account by social engineering because people are dumb because they want prestige whatever is also
not hacking, that's' what you are missing.

Once you get to the virtual agent just say “Talk to an agent” and select Xbox as the product, and your issue from the list. Select the option “Call me back” or “Live chat”, which shows the estimated wait time/queue. If you don't see the options to request a call back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. If it does not work, please select billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge".

2 things 1 have you had you account hacked and 2 do you have multiple xbox profiles on your microsoft account (but it look like you are hacked change the password on your account if you have multiple profiles it my be trying to sing on to a diffrent profile

Nope. This involves a tool called "Horizon", which is a hacking program designed to hack gamerscore, games, and awards on your profile. It can also be used to "switch" maps to another profile. Use of this program will result in a 12/31/9999 ban from Xbox
