Hacked while playing xbox live COD ghosts team death match

While playing COD Ghosts on XBox live, my teammate was trash talking the other team and a player with the gamertag[Mod Removed] said " You are all being demoted". After the game ended I went from full prestige 60 back to 3. How can Xbox allow
this and what can I do to report and get [Mod Removed] Banned from playing and hacking other players any further?

Can Connect to Xbox Live but Not Any Game Servers. (Please Help)

Having the same *** problem, I have Xbox live gold & i am currently sitting on Team death match for COD Ghosts it says 50 potential games found, Testing matches 100% repeatidly 50/50 good games & I still need 7 more players to play the game. I tried everything
listed above.

Call of Duty Ghost cannot find Team Death Match Games

I have a Xbox 360, where I can find and play COD Ghosts in Multiplayer Team Death Match. But when I swap to my Xbox One and try and play Multiplayer Team death the Xbox one returns saying "No games found" Both machines are up to date. This happens regardless
of using my WiFi or LAN connection.

Not quite sure this is "hacking" but I would report the player via the in-game or XBOX Live channels.
