Hacked, threatened, and helpless

My primary Microsoft account was hacked and the culprit keeps gaining control of the account as the last 4 of my credit card are clearly displayed on my profile...which is one of the main security questions when trying to recover the account. After being
told that I'd be locked out for 30 days I created a new account and requested that my (my son's actually) Xbox Gamertag and achievements (over $500 worth) be transferred so I could close the hacked account that I cannot access. My case was supposedly submitted
to the escalation team and I was told I'd be contacted within 24 hours. It has now been 72 hours and I've called twice since to be told that they will eventually fix it. We tried using my other Microsoft Live account but my son's gamertag was linked as a
friend and the hacker keeps taunting and physically threatening us, so my son is now traumatized and wants nothing to do with Xbox.

I have the hackers email address and phone number, unless of course they are stolen, but it doesn't seem to matter to customer service. I'm wondering if the Microsoft customer service reps are lying to me just to get me off of the call, and why they can't
simply suspend this hackers activity until this issue is resolved. I'm frustrated, my entire family feels violated, and I'm not sure how to proceed.

Has anyone else had better luck? If so please let me know what I need to do to get my account back.

Saves, achievements, and account info cannot be transferred to another account. You will need to continue to work with Official Xbox support and I would advise contacting your local authorities if you have been threatened. in the meantime you can file a
report on the GT of that user if you have it.
