Hacked - Taken my funds and wrongful suspension.

My son has had his account hacked. Whilst he's asleep in bed somebody has been using his account to spend money using MY bank account. I received a notification over email and questioned it? I quickly reviewed the IP addresses over three accounts all in the same house and realised this was something sinister - I changed the password immediately!

In the interim this person has also sent disgusting racist messages to people on his friends list posing to be my son.

My son was issued a suspension (fair enough) the messages looked like my son initially until you review sign in locations and IP addresses. Xbox have confirmed this is the case but have not yet refunded the funds or lifted the suspension.

I literally copied and pasted the same information detailing the above in THREE suspension appeals. Two have been denied and ONE under review?

I want a full refund and the suspension lifted!!!

Sometimes they could take some time to appear, around 24 hours, but they must eventually appears as the account balance was used

Other option will be that you think the balance it's gone because you don't see it available for purchase, but this could be that you are in a different region so that balance won't appear, but you will be able to see it here

Despite what these people say they can't hack your account, they can phish it or social engineer it just like anywhere else but hacking it is a non starter. If they could hack it they would've just taken it instead of giving you fair warning, it's them playing
off the "my account was hacked and they gave me 10th prestige" story you see in account suspensions all the time. Moreover if people did have that ability then people such as myself and other regulars on here along with support agents and high profile names
would've had their accounts stolen by now. Major Nelson and Stepto were on the wrong end of social engineering attacks before anyone points them out.

If you are in that situation again file a complaint, set the players in question to avoid, block communications with them then switch your router on & off again to get a new IP address.

yes, half will be taken from your balance, the other half will let you pick what account the funds are taken from

Wecome to the club. I paid good money for the box and the live subscription. We are their customers, this is how they treat us . I also did nothing wrong ,never received any suspensions before, no theft hacking ect. You can lok on the suspension page and
there is peopple who were grossly hacking and violating the tos but all they got was a gamertag ban??? What did I do that deserved a console ban??? NOTHING
