Hacked, Suspended, and nothing I can do about it.

I was recently hacked and later earned a suspension. I submitted a case review without really know what had caused it in the first place. Once they reviewed again, it was brought to light that my account had sent out messages containing the N word. Now,
there is nothing I can do but sit back and wait on a suspension that wasn’t my fault to begin with. I just want someone to help get this cleared up.

Xbox Live Account Banned

I have another account that has been Permanently Suspended and I think someone hacked my account to get me banned. It was suspended for things that I haven't even committed. Wondering if I could get some help in finding out how and what I can do about it.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then there is nothing else you can do.

If you read it right we hacked someone to get them permit suspended...I felt bad after and im trying to get him un suspended. I logged in on the account and filed a case review. The person didn't

do anything and I need to get this back to him

Ok I get that, but even after I got chat banned the person still kept sending me messages. I reported their messages but they did things like typing “Losser” or “idi0t” so nothing happened.

But for me I immediately got chat banned.

It's best to follow the rules and block and ignore and set contacts to friends only and don't accept random invites

You do.not.get any feedback from.any of your reports

You shouldn't be replying to.someone you are blocking as it unlocks then
