    Xbox 360 wont let me sign in after setting up my Xbox one

    After trying turning off 2step verification on my xbox one, I examined my password lenth and found it was one character to long! I had changed it when setting up the new xbox one. My 360 now connects fine! Thank you for all the help! Steeledwand good call!

    My password on Xbox 360 is not recognized.

    visit https://account.live.com and sign in, select "security and Password", you most likely will recieve a 2nd Login Screen. there is an Option "2step verification", either deactivate it or Setup an
    app Password to use on your xbox360.

    i have this problem for a year now and i can't give up

    I didn't do that. An Agent asked me many questions i answered them and he/she escalated the 2case numbers . Many agent told me that the 2step verification won't be a problme in the process of removing the suspension in my 2case numbers
