I need to talk to someone from microsoft, I need to recover my account Ess xKaMiKaZex the tag and this (gamertag) that was recently hacked and changed the password and maybe my email whats so? Please help me .

I tried to recover it and it says that the data does not match I put the ID of my xbox that asked to verify the data to recover and it did not work! and this is my profile and the first creator never left the console, and already invested money in it with Xbox
Live Gold and bought some DLCS of Gears of Wars 3!

Gold on 360 and One

Yep be careful with kids accounts. Make that mistake a long time ago with my Sons 360
and although I 'hacked' my way around it it was still troublesome on certain EA games.

Make the profiles 14+ in age is the only option.

You should chat with Xbox Support here support.xbox.com/contact-us choosing account in step 1 then Other in the next step for the chat option to appear.

They might be able to assist you in recovery.

I tried to make contact as I saw in the youtube video but there was no attendant at the moment to chat! And I only have left the forum ...

Unfortunately that's sad for Microsoft's security! But I hope everything goes for sure.

Select "My account" and then select "No thanks..." to the virtual agent.

i changed my password to a strong password and i need to fix my account region so

the account region was apparently set to south korea when it was hacked and i cant change the account region to fix it and get rid of this you need to verify my age every time i try to sign into xbox live on xbox 360

this error comes up when your account has been recovered on a different xbox 360 console. sadly, this means someone else has hacked your account.
