    I had a minecraft account where I got with a redeem code from amazon, I played with it for around 9 months and then when I went to login one day to lunar client it said invalid session so I had to login with microsoft and when I did it said this email is not connected to any microsoft account, create a new microsoft account I did to contact the support team, they told me to go to the xbox team and the furthest I have gotten is them telling me they will trace the redeem code I had and call me back in 30-45 minutes but its been more than 24 hours, I'm honestly debating between the point should i try to get my Minecraft account back or just buy a new minecraft account, can anyone help?

    So is there anyway to contact MICROSOFT support, my minecraft account got hacked and I've just written a support ticket to mojang, but since the account is a microsoft account (not xbox), I doubt they will be able to help me.

    Will I be able to recover anything that was purchased that was in a hacked account? A minecraft purcahse for example.
    If you can recover the hacked account, then yes. Otherwise no since everything is tied to the account that originally purchased it and nothing is transferable between accounts.
