Hacked/Lack of Microsoft support

I am very highly disappointed in the Micro/XBox Live support in assisting loyal paying members of its community when there accounts have been hacked. Security has all kinds of holes in it (I really miss Steve Jobs). On top of everything, they want to text
and email, having you jump through all the hoops, which is a very long process. The account is at least 6-7 years old, so all the information isnt going to be the same. Tried sending screenshot photos of my email showing when it was hacked, but again more
hoops. Would be a lot easier to explain to a live person. Thanks Bill Gates for not providing that. I work really hard to make my children happy, but they are only awarded for doing well in school and taking care of there chores. Just once can someone offer
a little stress relief for us as parents to keep those heart warming smiles we see on them. SMH. To fustrated :/

You can request a free call-back by signing on at https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When
prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

How do you know you were hacked? It could be that purchases were just made without your knowledge.

You have to .calll and give proper info

For contact for recvery of an account

Xbox supoort is the only way to recovrr your account

Alsp you should follow basic net rules

One keep your info alwyaabupto datchange your password every 6 months

Dont use plain text passwords

aApPp0l3b33 is aan example of a good password not 1234567

Additionally, for more protection, you should enable 2-Step verification. This adds a layer of protection by requiring a secondary means of confirmation for login in such as a code sent by phone or email or the authenticator app. Feel free to contact Xbox
