Hacked email and zero access to it.

I have been an xbox player for 9-10 years and last year I lost access to my old xbox account. I have been trying to use xbox support and everything and its no use for my issue. The accounts email account has been hacked and no one has access to it as its
been locked, this email address was my mum's ex husbands but i was to young to own/ use an email address so it was his was his email that was used to make the account. One day i got locked out my xbox sometime last year i think and i asked him for the password
so i can play my games he told me his account got hacked and that he had no access to the account. To which i found out he was lying just to lock the account from anyone using it. No i dont want access to his email or any of his personal stuff. I want to contact
a member of MS Xbox Support Team that has the power to manually swap the email address with my own personal email as it was me who paid for most of the stuff on the account and it was my xbox account that no one other than me used. I lost loads of progress,
money and games due to being locked out of this account. No I am not some scam or anything but this was my childhood account and i really can't afford to just have it go to waste and want professional help to get my account back, as due to the new consoles
coming out i am potentially thinking on buying the new console. Yes i have made an alternative xbox account and went 'oh well i guess its gone its gone' but doesnt change the fact i spent hundreds of pounds on xbox live, games and ect. If it is possible for
this question to reach someone with higher power it would be very very much appreciated. Any other suggestions are very much welcome.

Chat online is only with other xbox gamers who have no power who have advised for me to get in touch with a MS xbox support team member through which none of the listed options from the support contact us page of xbox support offers. I think they should
update their page for other members of the xbox community can easier reach and seek professional help because these offered options do not help me nor the other xbox gamers with the same or similar issues. I wrote on this form to reach the attention of a higher
power member to help. Thank you for your advice but none of which has helped me with my issue unfortunately but i will keep trying to get in touch with someone from support team.

I have used all of the contact information even tried to request a call and it says they're having trouble to connect me i literally have no way to get in touch with a proper microsoft member of support to help me with my issue.

try Chat Online or wait a little while and try again.

there is a higher than average number of people trying to get through to Support due to the current global epidemic so just keep trying and you will get through.

if that doesn't work click the Contact Us button

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

scroll to the bottom of the options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

you will need to sign in for this so create a new outlook or live email account for contacting Support then explain the situation and give details for the locked account when you get through

my old gamertag was LL. yes i still get the email with my account updates and it still shows my gamerscore and zero activity for last month. i got that email on the 14th which was last saturday. im positive its the same email unless the person who
hacked my account changed the email somehow, but then i probably wouldnt be receiving the email updates
