I have recently tried to log into my Microsoft account and it says the wrong password I have tried to reset the password but it's linked to a k************** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** which is not my email and I have no clue who it is I have lost my Xbox account and many of my games any help would be really appreciated

I would usually do this but i cant because my password and backup email has been changed so I cannot log into my account

Oh I see, sorry about the mistake. When you get there ask for an Unauthorized Access Ticket on the account. They'll ask for information on the account then lock it down while they investigate.

I completely understand. What you'll need to do is use a different account to create the request. Once you get to a Microsoft Advocate you can let them know all the information for the account

If you are unable to log in to your account and believe it was hacked then you should contact Xbox Support by logging in to https://xbox.com/contact-us and asking to be escalated.

For the time being, if you have any payment options listed on your account you should immediately inform them of the account loss so they can take appropriate steps to prevent use of them without your permission
