Hacked by Rambler.ru Email

My apologies but when i tell you that microsoft has treated me like complete garbage thats an under statement yesterday i contacted their official support phone number and during the phone call the employee connected to my computer using Quick Assist and then ended the phone call and typed in my notepad saying he was going to call me back and someone did but it was not him it was a Scammer that he must be working with for extra money. the microsoft employee proceeded to try to download UltraViewer on my system and connected to the scammers computer as soon as i seen this i hung up the phone and force closed every single program on my computer and deleted all programs he downloaded or tried to download. so yes i am mad very mad in fact.

Oh dear. I think I see where things went wrong for you. Xbox Support no longer has an inbound phone number. You can only set up a phone back or chat via the link I posted earlier. I'm not even sure that support would do a remote connect to your PC for an account issue. I'd definitely recommend contacting your bank/credit card company just in case you had payment methods on your account.

I'm not sure how much further they'd be able to help but I really suggest starting with the contact us link and set up a chat or call back.

As much as we'd like to be able to help here I'm afraid that this is only a forum populated mainly by gamers like yourself. If you'd like to report an account takeover then you should go to https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and start a chat. When you get to a fellow Xbox gamer ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for more help.

As far as your card and payment methods are concerned though I'd recommend immediately contacting your bank/credit card company to report the account theft.

I realize you're upset over this but as I mentioned these are only forums and we're only gamers like yourself here. We wouldn't have any more information than you do. As for the the email address being removed that would be standard procedure for any type of personal information regardless of circumstances.

yea yea yea whatever yall comment on here like you care or something but the second i email you tell me to kick rocks and tell me theres nothing that you can do to help me im over it ive tried to prove that its my account and it was hacked by a Russian but yall just dont care.
