    What do i do i got banned because my account got hacked then i appealed it then they said needed to make my account more sercure and i have 2 way auth and i changed my password but i still didnt get unbanned

    I think my account was hacked

    my ONEM4DST0K13 account got hack and the person put a mod menu on it but now i cant get it back ive changed my password and tried to get it back just and it started working but then it said it couldnt be downloaded :(

    Hello again, you can try to contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

    However, as I mentioned above, with 2FA enabled it will be difficult to retrieve it.

    My microsoft account was hacked and i cant get back in.

    They only way they gained access to my account was because my google account was hacked which I know have access for. The same happened for Discord but I got that back.

    Is there no way to reclaim the account, it is still under our family and we have the details for it. I am trying to get this account back because it has Minecraft on it, That has high levels in multiple servers like Hypixel and Mineblock which my son spent days getting.
