Hacked and deleted microsoft account

Hi!

My sons microsoft account seems to have been hacked and deleted or renamed.

I got a message from Family safety that he had left the group.

When we looked at his e-mail he got a mail with loginkode and one minute later he got a new mail with the message passkey was deleted from his microsoft account. When we try to accsess his acount we get the message that the account dossent exist.

And when we try to get support from microsoft support we cant because the account dossent exist.

Is there a way to fix this or do he have to make a new account and loose all info?

Just make sure you have enough proof of ownership

It doesn't work, cause I'm 11 years old and I don't have a credit card and therefor I just get an email saying not enough information.

!As said I can give the password to my gmail acc if thats needed! and I cant recover it cause the the russian email was added and m one deleted so if I send the code it basicly it sends to that russian dude. PLEASE JUST HELP I dont know what to do. And I just dont want to throw 25 euros into the bin.

The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.
