In this case though I'm afraid that if you were unable to get help via a Microsoft Advocate via https://support.xbox.com and clicking on Contact Us then we would not be able to help any further. The best I could offer would be to try contacting again and ask for an Unauthorized Access Ticket for your account.

That's incorrect because yesterday I was banned for being in a hacked lobby on call of duty, these lobbies are completely random and you can not be fully aware of this like I wasn't fully aware until my account was banned

With this being a recovered hacked account issue your best to telephone support - they have access to account info and will be able to help recover it fully to your own personal emails etc

The only way to recover a hacked account is through the official Microsoft website:

If it doesn't work, and since the email address has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft/Minecraft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

As for the active payment methods, you will need to contact your Bank/Financial Institution immediately and request to block all charges from Microsoft.

You may also need to request a new payment card.
