Hello again Nokicada3453., that is the purpose of the recovery form, even if they have changed the email, in the first field of the form they ask you what account you would like to recover.

But the email was changed and I can not be given the full email for me to change it back. If I was given the full email I could have my account back by now. But unfortunately it censors part of the email when I do recover username with my email.

There is nothing that can be done to save your account.

You did not mention what account security was on the hacked account.

Whoever hacked your account changed it to their own email, or a throwaway email. This unfortunately does not change the situation. As I have stated on multiple occasions, I am afraid it won't be possible to recover your account under any circumstance. Once the email gets changed, that's it, nothing else can be done now.
