hacked account and lost all history, games and subscription..... :-{

also this is not the email that was on the account i changed everything as soon as i realized what happened

my sons x box was hacked by someone he met online somehown they removed me as the administrator, but i authenticated myself and almost had his permissions removed and then it logged me out and it was like a brand new account when i logged back in i tried to recover the account without luck. i have the ids if both of the x boxes tregistered tyo my son as well as the the thiefs gamertag....and under his gamer tag it still says my full name also before i was removed, they purchased a new gamertag, while still on my account, i dont know what the new gamertag is can you please help? thank you

Multiple attempts daily for hackers to log in but security was updated to include two step verification when gamertag name and games and subscription lost so log in unsuccessful. I am Able to log in but it’s to the new account that was made using my email with new gamer tag etc.

If the account is still linked to my email is there a reason it cannot be recovered. I’d purchase a $100 game the day before……. Very frustrating!

We're sorry to know that your account was hacked. Will you double check if you have signed into the right account where your subscriptions are? See this thread If you think your account has been hacked - Microsoft Community. How I wish I can do something for you to get your gamertag and purchases back. But unfortunately, we don't have ways to restore your purchased games and subscriptions. You may log on to https://account.live.com/Activity and see activity information if someone access your Microsoft account.
