Nothing can be transferred between accounts. So in this case, if you create a new account to your son and purchase memberships or games on it, it will not be transferred to his old account. No - friends signing into their accounts (that they own) and playing. My son is getting notifications that his friends are logging into their own accounts and playing online. So I believe my son's account is locked still - but not deactivated.

Looks like we are waiting on the security team my sons recovery was escalated to?
