מדי פעם, באופן אקראי, כשא י עובר לערוץ

HDM1 בו מצא ה - XBOX הוא לא מופעל.

לפעמים מופעל ולפעמים לא. החלפתי כ יסה בטלויזיה ו דמה לי שגם את כבל ה - HDMI.

מה יכולה להיות הבעיה?

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

What kind of tv set are you using? Is it a 4k tv?

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums for this issue. Have you tried moving the console, if possible, to a different TV to see if is then recognized correctly and you receive signal?

If you've attempted to try different HDMI cords, a different input and a different TV, but the console is still not being recognized, it is possible that the HDMI port on your console is somehow damaged. This would require a repair of the console itself.
